Big Mama's Gumbo is a small family-owned business in Los Angeles, California.  Paying homage to Big Mama, the Great Grand Matriarch; we are blessed to share our exceptional Roux and our delicious Creole Gumbo from our secret family recipe.

We use the finest ingredients and traditional methods, still making our Creole Gumbo the way Big Mama made it.  And she'd be pretty proud of that.
